Establishing mobile health stations in Ho Chi Minh City
In order to strengthen the COVID-19 prevention and control, Ho Chi Minh City has established mobile health stations in communes, wards, and small towns in all districts and Thu Duc City.
Mobile health stations are responsible for implementing COVID-19 prevention and control activities in the community, connecting home-based care and management of COVID-19 cases to hospital-based care, identifying COVID-19 patients with severe complications in order to transfer them to upper-level hospitals in a timely manner, and providing primary health care services, medical examination and treatment, first aids, and hospital transfer of common diseases for residents living in areas under the care of these mobile health stations.

If necessary, contact 312 emergency response teams for F0 patients isolated at home
According to the Center for Disease Control of Ho Chi Minh City, 312 emergency response teams have been set up in 21 districts and Thu Duc City to promptly access and support the care of F0 patients isolated at home, who have severe complications.
Each team includes doctors and nurses from health stations of wards, communes, and towns, and medical personnel who are volunteers, police, youth union members, drivers, etc.
Call the emergency 115 and local emergency response teams when F0 patients experience severe complications.
